Recruiting!
Keep your captains aware of the recruits you're throwing with, especially for ladies - this is truly a whole program responsibility and everyone should be doing his or her part. Some ideas:
- ask your gym teacher if you can teach Ultimate during a class
- show your friends great ultimate pictures and videos (don't forget this one)
- baby steps:
step 1: casual throwing with you, a normal Hurtem;
step 2: casual throwing with you and a captain/experienced player or small group;
step 3: try a practice & meet a coach - ever played ultimate in the snow? laying out is easy!
