First, we're starting workout again. It will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 AM.
Once school starts the schedule will return to normal. Please come to as many as you can.
Bring:
Tennis shoes
Disc
Stop watch (or some sort of timer if you have one)

The second thing is for the Duluth tournament. We need to have an estimate of how many can go. So if you would post your name and whether you can go or not. Please still post even if you can't go.
Duluth is Feb. 7-8
It will be an overnight tournament.

Open Gym Sun., Dec. 27 (7-9 pm ) at WJH
Hopkins players are welcome to come and throw or play Sunday night. We have West Junior HIgh structure so we might as well use it. You can get a light workout in. There will be no coaches, but I will be on-hand for some adult supervision.

Varsity & Girls Money
Both the varsity boys and girls will be ordering shorts this year for the season, but especially due to the new UPA uniform requirements. We are going to be ordering the shorts with our jerseys. Please bring $25.00 to your practice and give it to your respective captain.

Sunday Dec 21 - All Alumni Welcome to Practice
Hi Everyone -
As next Sunday we still have the gym, we are opening practice up to all distinguished Hopkins Ultimate alumni. Bring your indoor shoes too if you want to show the young kids how it works! Current Hurt'ms, if you are still in town for the holidays, please come out to practice and scrimmage with some of our old guys and gals!

Varsity Workout Cancelled for Tomorrow!!!

As jersey ordering approaches, we need to know what number you want.
Post your number and size here. These are the rules.
If you had a jersey number last year and want to keep it you get to...even if someone requests it before you.
A girl and a guy can have the same number, but no two guys or girls can have the same number.
If you want to put down your top 3 choices that would be best. That way we don't have to track you down if something happens.
Girls - The jersey you tried on at practice was a small. Remember that you don't want it to fit like a shirt as much as a jersey.

Practice Reminder - Weather
Hey all -
Drive safely. Please, leave extra time to get to and from practice tonight due to the weather.
Don't wear your shoes in the snow AND during practice. Bring a change of shoes so to not get WJH full of snow and dirty water.

Boys Varsity Winter Practice
Hey guys,
It's that time that we start getting into better shape...outside of regular practice. This will be our schedule.
Monday @ 3:00 - Lindbergh
Tuesday @ 5:15 - Williston (sp?)
Wednesday - Off (It would be wise to do planks, it will only take up about 10 min of your time)
Thursday @ 3:00 - Lindbergh
Friday - Off
Saturday @ 1:00 - Various Locations that will be posted to let people know
Sunday @ 7:00 - West Jr. High
The days that we added (Monday, Thursday, and Saturday) are just as mandatory as any other practice. If you aren't there, you are letting your teammates down, and we are not growing stronger as a team.
