anyways, it is an summer ultimate day camp that you should check out. I am probably going to go it and it looks like a lot of fun ...so... if it works for you you should do it. It is at Lake Nakomis so we will probably do some kind of carpool. Leave a comment if you plan on doing it.

July 17 – 21st 9am – 12pm
Days will consist of the following:
Skills work focusing on proper techniques for all levels of players.
In-game applications of skills under the watchful eyes of top club level players and coaches.
Fun challenge games and an end of camp tournament. And don't forget the treats!
Players get:
A Disc
A team t-shirt
And 15 solid hours of learning with loads of one on one interaction.
10 campers per counselor or better.
Players will need every day:
Shorts, Cleats, Water bottle or sports drink, Sun screen, Hat/Visor.
Registration is limited to the first 40 7th -12th grade students. Boys and Girls are welcome. All skill levels are encouraged to attend. Players must be UPA members for insurance purposes. Cost for the week is $125. Checks made out to John Sandahl

Hey Carl i just got the email aboot the whole thing and I'll be drivin up every day so if some people want to carpool it up, that's fine with me
i was wondering who went to the clinic and how y'all thought it went. what was good and what could be better? don't forget to write down any useful/cool drills we can use for the team!

The first day, I wasn't so sure about it. But the second day was a lot of fun. There was a lot of focus on fundamentals but I learned some new tricks as well. Plus, I've got a bunch of really good drills we can do.
I was a little disapointed in how many hopkins players showed up though, just 6.
