For the Parents for the Winnipeg Trip
1. Do they have any questions about Hopkins Ultimate?
2. Their child/children specifically are invited to Winnipeg. The cost for
Winnipeg is $150/child
3. Kids have to be at the Adath Jeshuran Synagogue on Hillside Lane across
from the Hopkins High School Lindbergh Fields by 1:30 PM on Friday Oct.13th.
Tell the parents we need everything paid and all releases done before the
trip.
4. We will likely return by midnight on Sunday evening. Ask the parents for
the telephone number we should call on the way back so they will meet us at
Adath in a timely fashion. (note callers email Michael Schock the list of
phone numbers)
5. The $270 or $281 paid was for club membership, UPA dues and 2 jerseys
(light and dark)
5. We will need a current original certified Birth Certificate or passport
for the trip as well.
6. Parents need to write a letter that states the following for their child
to travel with us to Canada
I _________________(the parent's name), give my child, (the child¹s
name)______________________________permission to travel to Winnipeg, Canada
from Minneapolis, Minnesota with the Hopkins Ultimate Team for the weekend
of October 13th thru October 15th for the Hold Back The Snow Ultimate
Tournament.

(light and dark)--------do we need to pay this
Do we have to pick our kids up, or can they leave their car at the school and drive home Sunday?
about the first comment, i'm not sure exactly what the question is, so i'll try to answer it. the money paid ($270+) was strictly for dues, jerseys and UPA membership. any tournaments will be paid for individually (so far). tourney fees are not covered in the dues.
about cars, i'm pretty sure you can leave a car in the adath parking lot (well away from the doors or any "prime parking" spots.
any questions feel free to call a coach or exec board member.
thanks, j.
