Capt. Pract-Postponed ... Acceleration?

Hey, I'm going to have to postpone captains practice for a few weeks, I am injured and can't really lead it.

Feel free to keep your self in shape though.

Lastly, who would be interested in doing Acceleration MN(completely optional)? WE would do it in January probably, probably about two nights a week, and probably about $185... just loosely who would be interested?

KITTY CAT - i highly reccommend you lead the charge of getting some other kiddies out there. you'll do well, i know, but if you have 2-4 more bluver's in accelleration training, you WILL notice an exponential change in your team's athleticism.

There were three things that helped my success last season. 1) Practice 2)Conditioning Practice and 3) Acceleration MN....I got dramatically faster/quicker/jumped higher....ect....I worked hard though and got my money's worth...it is a time commitment. -Michael Arenson
