Down Time

Hey Hurtems -

As you may have noticed, things have slowed down (officially) over the past week as we transition from outdoor space to our indoor season and approach the holidays. Official practice time and space is coming shortly, but now is a great time to work on your own and improve yourself individually.

Get in the gym, continue (or start) working out on your quickness and strength. Or don't get in the gym - get outside to your backyard or a park and throw by yourself or with a friend!

If you are confused or uncertain about what you can do to make yourself better, talk to your captains and coaches.

This is the time to get better, it will pay off in the spring!!

Girls have already started workouts both on their own and in small groups. Please talk to your captains for specifics. Jeanine and I are hoping to talk with each of the women about individual goals for the winter, coming soon.
