A note for Parents about State

Hurt family,

As with all tournaments, State relies on the efforts of volunteers to run smoothly. As I'm sure you noticed with Hustle, a lot of the work that needs to be done does not necessarily interfere with your ability to watch Hopkins teams play (set up on Friday, parking attendant in the am etc.).

Please take a moment to visit http://mnhsultimate.org/volunteeruc.aspx to see if there is anything you're able to help with, and forward this on to Alumni and anyone else from our family who wants to support us at State.

Simply put: State can't happen without Volunteers.
Thank you for all that you do, your kids and the coaches appreciate you!

Erin

Is there any information about the banquet?

Just to let you know, there are already 2 meetings for high school activities Tuesday evening (pep band and a parent meeting for the senior party)--both start at 7:00. If we do the banquet on Tuesday, can it be a little later, say 8:00?

How about delaying the banquet a week so all the end of year school activities are done? This week is crazy!

The kids have finals this week. It would make sense to wait until next week to have the banquet.

So I'm assuming the banquet isn't tonight, correct?

Coaches - would it be possible for the teams to get coordinated to take team photos maybe between one of the games at state this weekend?

Yeah, sure.

Each team should have a bye round on Saturday, this would be the best time.

Feel free to remind us.
