Varsity Roster 2012-2013

Varsity Rosters are finally here!

Thank you to everybody who tried out and worked hard.

Tryouts have been hard and making decisions has been even harder. Our Varsity roster is VERY fluid, meaning that if you slack off or do not show up, YOU WILL BE CUT. Also, if you did not make the team, keep coming to workouts and practices and prove that you deserve to be on Varsity.

Varsity Tryouts

Hurtems,

This week continues our Varsity Tryouts.  Reminder that this is for 10-12th graders and those who we have already invited to participate.

If you're not sure if you should be coming to these tryouts, please ask a captain or a coach.

Hertets - Please keep an eye on the Facebook group for upcoming plans re: Yoga, practices etc.

JV - If you are not eligible to tryout for Varsity this year, please get out and throw as often as possible before it snows - in all weather conditions.  Practices for players younger than 10th grade will resume in January, so please continue to check the blog for details.

Thanks!
Erin

HBTS notes

Tomorrow (Thursday) is a HBTS only practice, 6-9pm.  HBTS players should make it a priority.  Please also make sure that you've sent in your materials to Sara.

There have been a lot of questions at practice about what to bring and what kind of gear is necessary.  Your captains are really good resources.  There are also past blog posts here about KITS:

Please pack for all conditions (the nature of Toasty Warm) and keep an eye on the weather for more information.  When in doubt: Layer.

EXIT 69 TOURNAMENT

Upperclassmen may sign up for this coming weekend's tournament with the link below. Please look at the sign up carefully as you must sign up on each day if you're planning on being there for the whole tournament.  The players plan their own carpools, but if parents are planning on attending and driving, you may post the number of players you can accomadate if you are interested in offering a ride to anyone else.

Per our team policy, players are allowed to drive themselves to this tournament because it is just under the 50 mile limit we have set as a boundary. As always, it's then up to parents to decide if they want their player to drive/ride with players, or if they prefer to drive. We always ask that only our oldest players drive when possible, and obviously, they may only transport as many players as they have seatbelts for. The kids usually will all contribute a few dollars to the driver for gas, or buy them lunch...whatever they want to work out :-)
