This weekend is supposed to be hot.
Highly recommended:
* more than one water bottle
* snacks (Clif Shot Blocks/Sharkies, Granola bars, Almonds etc. Protein = energy)
* a small cooler that you can keep a cold washcloth in
* a hat
* sunscreen
* an umbrella (for shade this time)
Hydrate like you mean it.
