The above list includes the responses that we have received so far. If you are on this list and should not be, please post a comment. Again, this is not the final list of who will be attending and who will not be, but just a list of who has let the club know they are available to be considered for an invite. Unfortunately we have limited space on the bus and on our two teams, so not everyone who wants to go will be able to. If you haven't already submitted your name, the deadline has passed; we will still have a waitlist after we pick teams from the names above. The only changes we are asking for are from the people already on the list. Remember, if you don't have a valid passport you cannot go to Winnipeg.
PLEASE POST WITH YOUR STATUS CHANGES BY 12 NOON FRIDAY 9/24. WE WILL BE PICKING TEAMS AFTER THAT TIME.
| Sunday August 22 at 1:00pm to 3:00 pm This is another practice for everyone to go to. It will be like the last one. Some throwing around, and a lot of scrimmaging. Same time and place on Sunday. Invite everyone you can so we can have even more people this time. Come to play or try it out. -Captains Eli, Bumsted, and Haley |

Meet at Door 6 by Delta ticketing area at 1 p.m., Friday. (Mimi Klane will be there.)
The flight is Delta 2053, scheduled to depart MPLS at 2:40pm
Make SURE to bring a photo ID.
I would encourage all of the boys to travel with only carry on luggage, but if they want to check a bag there is a $25.00 charge for the first bag, $55.00 for the second, each way, unless they have elite status on Delta as a frequent flyer in which case it's free. You are responsible for this additional cost if they do choose to check a bag; please let us know ahead of time if you think you will be doing this; that way we'll know if we need to build extra time into the check in process.
The rule for liquids in carry on luggage is 3-1-1. Each individual item can be no larger than 3.4oz, everything must fit in 1 quart size zip top bag, and each passenger is allowed only one.
Each passenger is allowed one piece of carry on luggage as well as a smaller item such as a brief case, laptop case, purse(doubt we'll have any of those!) etc. A jacket and food/beverages purchased in the airport can also be carried on.
from Sara Mekler
Note: Sara left early for Washington and will meet the players when they arrive. If you have questions regarding the trip, please contact Sheri at slbrenden@comcast.net.
